We ship domestic packages through USPS, United States Postal Services. Customs fees are not covered by Voltoure and must be paid by the customer if required to pick up the package.

We're sorry, but at this time we do not ship to international destination. We only ship within the U.S.

Domestic shipping takes approximately 5 -7 business days for your order to be delivered. During holidays shipping may take 7-14 business days for your order to be delivered.

Once your order is processed and fulfilled you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 1-2 business days from the date your order was placed with a tracking number.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to orders once they are placed. You would have to place a new order.
